Shipping Policy

We offer click & collect for local orders, for interstate/international shipping, your order will be sent same day/next day and allow 5-10 business days to receive depending on the location.

We now offer international shipping worldwide!

We aim to ensure items are well protected with the use of a combination of packing materials. In the unlikely event your item should arrive significantly damaged we will aim to come to a solution agreeable by all parties.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of the products stocked at Soul Warrior Collective we do not offer returns, all sales are final. We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size.

In terms of our jewellery items, should your beaded bracelet snap or break, and no extreme use has been deemed the cause, Soul Warrior Collective will replace your bracelet free of charge, excluding shipping costs.
