We ship Australia wide using trusted postal services.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $150 Australia wide.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Packaging

Whenever possible, we use eco-friendly or recyclable packaging materials.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once a parcel has been shipped, Soul Warrior Collective is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or circumstances outside of our control.

If your parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the postal carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

Soul Warrior Collective cannot be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Local Pickup

Local customers may select in-store pickup from our Mildura store when available. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
